July is a month meant to be celebrated! Whether it's fireworks, concerts, or jets - there is plenty to do in Pensacola! Here are just a few events you won’t want to miss for Independence Day, and all the rest of the beautiful days of July.
July 4th Independence Day Celebration
Celebrate July 4th in Seville Square at the 29th annual Sertoma's Independence Day Celebration! There will be a variety of activities throughout the day from 11a-6pm and plenty of vendors. Don't miss the hot dog eating contest starting at noon!
To top off the festivities, the Gulf Coast's largest fireworks display will begin at 9pm over Pensacola Bay! The show is perfectly synchronized with music to be broadcast on Cat Country 98.7...so bring your radios!
Blues on the Bay Concert Series
If you’ve still got some celebration left in you after Independence Day, you should strongly consider coming down to Community Maritime Park at the Hunter Amphitheater where there will be a free concert on most Sundays in July! These will be repeating concerts with different musicians – all starting at 6:00pm and all free!
Pensacola Beach Air Show
The Pensacola Beach Air Show takes place on July10th-13th. Our globally renowned Blue Angels will be performing over Pensacola Beach on Santa Rosa Island. Civilian acts begin at noon and the Blues will fly at 2:00 pm.
20UWF Summer Festival Chorus: Choral Masterpieces
If you like wine and food with flavors from all over the world – this is an event you won’t want to miss.
On July 28th, Skopelos at New World will host award-winning Chefs serving gourmet national and international culinary bites. Live jazz will set the tone of the event and there will be complimentary raffles with many prizes. The festival will be from 3:00-6:00pm.Parking is free but tickets are $55 before/$65 at the door. Tickets include all drink and food tastings in the event
